How to Dry Tomatillos
1. Remove tomatillo husk and stem, and rinse fruit.

Slice tomatillos in half.
3. Dry tomatillos until leathery and raisin-like, at 100 degrees (F). Note: this can take a few days, depending upon the tomatillo size.

Keep dried tomatillos in an airtight container that's clean and dry. Avoid discoloration by storing out of the light.
To rehydrate dried tomatillos: cover with hot water and soak for 15-30 mins.
Suggestions: Dried tomatillos make a tasty snack, if you dry them after the fruit's ripened. Rehydrated tomatillos are good in salsas.
